After about 2 months didn’t update my blog, finally I have a time. Acctually and honestly, I don’t have idea or hot issues which should be written here, but I try to write some of lessons that I am following in LIA. I have been in LIA for 7 months guys. For some of you this is maybe not interested, but I thought this is my way to learn my lessons. I started with Lesson I: Facing Interview. My Jobs

I. Make a report concern to industrial analysis. In this report is going to analyze:
1. The condition about global coal market, the supply and demand of coal in international market.The report explain flows of global coal trading, represent the countries which become the most supplier of coal and the countries which become the most importer. The report also provides about the trend of coal using as a main energy and percentage againts to another sources energy. The report sometimes will be used as guidance by Management to make a decision, which country have potential market in coal trading.
2. The condition about domestic coal market, the supply and demand of coal in domestic market. The report explain the companies become the most coal producer in Indonesia, also provides about the trends of coal production, consumption by industrial sector, reserves by provinces and percentage by using for the power plant.

II. Make a Financial Prespectives Report. In this report is going to analyze:
1. Preparing financial ratios of Kalimantan Prima Persada and compared to Astra's Group Companies and Coal's Mining Companies. This report describe the KPP's position is compared another companies by financial ratios. Some financial ratio measure the performance of KPP and shows the position of KPP.
2. Preparing finacial highlights of Kalimantan Prima persada and some related companies.

III. Support to Financial Analyst:
1. In this job, i assist Financial Analyst make some analyis about Revenue Analysis, Cost Analyis which will be presented in Coorporate Financial Review Monthly.
